The contractor shall provide the following landscaping needs for the LVRC location. The contractor is also responsible for all materials, tools, hardware, and labor to complete this project. Contractor is also responsible for properly disposing of all materials that have been removed from this project. Replace controller. Provide & plant 1 - 24 inch box tree Shoestring Acacia Provide & plant 5- 5-gallon trailing Rosemary Provide & plant 40- 5-gallon cactus barrel Run new drip lines and emitters to existing landscaping and new plants. Replace and install 3 - 1inch rip valve with complete assembly. Prep Soil and finish grade Relocate existing isolation valve near palm tree. Replenish rock in areas where new irrigation was run. 3/8 inch to .75 inch Match existing rock.
