The Nevada Governor's Office of Energy (GOE) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to conduct a needs assessment and write associated reports and rubrics. To successfully implement the home rebate programs offered through the bipartisan Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) funding opportunities 50121 and 50122 the purpose of this RFP is to conduct a needs assessment for the state and will result in determining the most successful attributes a program administrator should offer and determining the attributes ideal for successful program design.
