This amendment answers questions received and updates line item 3 description. Item 3 1. Description changed from "Boss Style Full Slip Flexible Couplings, 1 5/8" x 6" x 6"" to "Full Slip Flexible Couplings, 1 5/8" x 6" x 6" as follows: made of galvanized steel and articulate the center off a nut and bolt. They are 1 7/8" outside diameter and 1 11/16" to 1 3/4" inside diameter so that 1 5/8" DQ 40 galvanized pipe will slide into each side. The articulating center is made such that the pipe rails of the fence can be angled around obstacles or to accommodate more dramatic changes in terrain than flex piping would allow.".
