This bid is to establish a one-year contract for Temporary and Permanent Disabled Placards. Quantities requested in this bid are for one-year. Orders will be placed quarterly and will be for 3,000 of the temporary placards and 12000 for the permanent placards. Prices must be held firm for December 3, 2020 through December 31, 2021. There will be the possibility of three (3) one-(1)-year extensions if agreeable to all parties. Pricing must be FOB Destination and unit price must include shipping charges.
