This amendment provides notification that vendors listed below are invited to provide a presentation on their proposal for Request for Proposal 95PEBP-S1790, Life and Disability Insurance Services for PEBP. This notification is for teams to schedule plans for attendance; a detailed schedule and information regarding the presentations will be sent to presenting vendors directly.
Pursuant to NAC 333.165 and RFP Section 5, Proposal Evaluation and Award Process, the State of Nevada has scheduled the presentations for Wednesday January 5, 2022.
The following vendors are invited to present their solution:
Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, 95PEBP-VQ11017;
Securian Financial, 95PEBP-VQ11005;
UMR, 95PEBP-VQ11003.
Presentations will take place at:
Due to continuing restrictions due to COVID-19, presentations will take place via video conference. A Teams link will be provided to presenting vendors directly.
Key personnel proposed for this project should be in attendance both for prime contractor and subcontractor(s), if applicable. Key personnel who can cover all included features of the business functionality and technical aspects should actively participate in the presentation as well as personnel who can address cost issues.
We look forward to meeting with you and your project team. Selected vendors, please confirm via e-mail to gkdavis@admin.nv.gov your receipt of this letter and your confirmation of attendance no later than 12:00 PM, Friday December 17, 2021.
Pursuant to NRS 333.335(7) and NAC 333.170 all scoring and proposal information remains confidential until a Notice of Award is issued.

This amendment provides the Letter of Intent to Award.

The State of Nevada, Public Employees' Benefits Program (PEBP) has completed the evaluation process for the above noted solicitation; it is the State's intent to award the contract to:
UMR (95PEBP-VQ11003)
Proposals submitted are confidential until the contract is awarded. A formal Notification of Award (NOA) will be issued subject to successful contract negotiations and agency approval. At that time, all submitted proposals and evaluation scores will be posted and available for viewing or downloading on https://NevadaEPro.com.
Any contract resulting from this solicitation shall not be effective unless and until approved by the Nevada State Board of Examiners in accordance with NRS 333.700.
In accordance with NRS 333.333, the State will maintain confidentiality of appropriately flagged proprietary information regarding a trade secret as defined in NRS 600A.030.
