IMPORTANT NOTICE: Vendors have reported receiving Docusign messages impersonating Nevada State Purchasing. Always rely on the language in contracts with the State relating to points of contact, payment of administrative fees, and related obligations.
Financial System Notice
The State Financial System will be down Dec. 20, 2024 to Jan. 2, 2025. The State will be unable to process payment for vendor invoices during this time. Delays may be encountered in Jan. 2025 as the backlog is processed. Refer questions or concerns, to the Bill to contact on the Purchase Order.
Fraud Notice
State Purchasing does not collect Banking/EFT information via email. The State Controller's Office secure process must be used. Contact information for State employees is public record available online, as are vendors registered and/or contracted with the State. Do not fall victim to fraud.

Registration Required
Vendors must be registered in NevadaEPro to respond to bid solicitations posted by the State of Nevada. Quote submissions are not accepted via email, mail, or in person.
