IMPORTANT NOTICE: Vendors have reported receiving messages impersonating Nevada State Purchasing. Always rely on the language in contracts with the State relating to points of contact, payment of administrative fees, and related obligations.
Fraud Notice
State Purchasing does not collect Banking/EFT information via email. The State Controller's Office secure process must be used. Contact information for State employees is public record available online, as are vendors registered and/or contracted with the State. Do not fall victim to fraud.

Registration Required
Vendors must be registered in NevadaEPro to respond to bid solicitations posted by the State of Nevada. Quote submissions are not accepted via email, mail, or in person.
